T.Chiranjeevulu is a retired Indian Administrative Service Officer of 2002 batch Recruited as Deputy Collector In 1993 by then Andhra Pradesh Public service Commission , later promoted to IAS. He before joining Dy. Collector , served the State Government in various capacities. He has abundant experience in Rural Development, Urban planning, Women Empowerment , Education.,Revenue and Registration. He also served as in charge Vice Chancellor for two Universities, Kakatiya University Warangal(1year 4months) and Satavahana University Karimnagar (3years, 8Months) . Held many Senior positions in Government including Metropolitan Commissioner Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority , Successfully Piloted many innovative schemes which were later adopted by State l / Central Governments as flagship programmes. Notable among them “Arogya Raksha” (Health Protection ) Scheme” which he piloted with the Community Based Organisations (women self help groups federation) and private teaching hospitals in the year 2005 in PPP mode. It became Precursor to very popular Arogya Sri Scheme of then AP State Government. Later Government of India also adopted this scheme as “Ayushman Bharat” at National level in 2018 . Maize and Paddy procurement by women S.H.Gs in Karimnagar Dist for ensuring Minimum Supporting Price to farmers was also a great success ,benefitted lakhs of farmers and later became flagship programme of the State Government

He received many awards and appreciations from many organizations including Government of India and State government . Received NABARD award for S.H.G.-Bank Linkage from His Excellency the then President of India, Sri ABJ Abdul kalam for the year 2002-3 while working as Project Director DRDA.Warangal

2. Got National E governance Gold Medal Award from Minister of I.T, Government of India , in emerging technologies Category for T- chits for the year 2020 for using Black Chain Technology in Chit fund administration

3. Received Telangana State Excellence Award for 2017 for introducing Development Permission Management System Software for building approvals and lay out permissions . It enabled speedy, transparent, online building /layout permissions and improved public delivery system apart from generating huge revenue to HMDA
